Subscription Cancellation
- Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and visiting the Membership or Account section.
- Upon cancellation, access to the subscribed content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the subscription period.
Refund Policy
- As this is a digital subscription service with immediate access to content, we do not generally offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevent access to content.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will rest with Dainik Sambad News.
Duplicate Payments
- If a subscriber is charged more than once for the same billing cycle, they may contact our support team with proof of payment.
- Upon verification, a refund for the duplicate transaction(s) will be processed within 7 business days.
Termination by Administration
- Dainik Sambad News reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice in cases of content misuse, account sharing, or violation of our terms and conditions.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
